Wow -- my last post was back in 2012, in which I said stay tuned.  Now it's 2018!  If you stayed tuned all that time, well done good and faithful servant!

In the last six years, I have reinvented myself as an audiobook narrator.  To date, I have narrated over 150 books and counting.  I won an Audie Award--the industry's highest honor--for my narration of "The Awakening of HK Derryberry," the story of a kid who overcame tremendous challenges, and  the man who became a second dad to HK.  I also won an Earphones Award from Audiofile Magazine for the same book.

The business caused me to invest in outfitting a home studio, including a Whisperroom sound proof booth and a terrific MicTek C1 microphone that makes me sound a lot better than I do in real life.

I haven't written a complete novel since 2015. I still entertain the idea that I'll write again--I'm working on something even now--but audiobooks keep me very busy.
